As 2024 draws to a close, the entire city gradually fills with the joyous atmosphere of the year-end season. In this time of celebration, Winking Studios in Taipei has specially organized a staff trip, allowing everyone to create beautiful memories together during the journey, and to join hands in creating an even brighter future!
For this employee trip, we invited colleagues and their families to join us. We held team-building activities on the grass, where colleagues, who usually spend their time in the office, competed in groups and collaborated with cross-departmental partners, working hard for the honor of the team and striving for the grand prize!
The experience of riding the amusement park tram with my partners was so refreshing! As we traveled along the coastal highway, we not only enjoyed the blue coastline but also felt the sea breeze while on the tram, making the journey even more enjoyable.
Finally, we arranged a DIY scallion pancake activity. Usually, we meet colleagues in the office, but through this employee trip, we saw different sides of them outside of work. During the making process, we discovered "hidden talents" among our partners. Some were undiscovered culinary masters, immediately mastering the art of making scallion pancakes, looking both delicious and professional. Others were mysterious dark chefs, actively battling with the dough, and the entire process ended with laughter and joy among the team.
Through this employee trip, our colleagues enjoyed the experience with a different mindset and got to know each other better at various scenic spots. Additionally, through group competitions, we strengthened the bonds between employees. Despite being from different departments, everyone worked together for the final team honor, each showing their abilities and striving for the highest achievement.
