1. Reporting or Complaining by Name: You may choose to report or complain either by name or anonymously. The Company encourages named reporting to facilitate effective investigations and prioritization.
2. Providing Specific Information: To improve the efficiency of the investigation, please provide as complete and specific information as possible, including relevant evidence and documents. Insufficient information may hinder our ability to conduct a thorough investigation.
3. Obligation of Confidentiality: The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of reporting cases and will take all necessary measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the whistleblower. If required by an investigation, the Company may transfer necessary information to its subsidiary companies.
4. Handling Procedures: Upon confirmation of the report’s content, the Company will promptly initiate an investigation. The investigation will be conducted in accordance with relevant legal provisions to ensure the legality and fairness of the process.
